Following are guidelines for our NoMemo Program:

•  Indicate whether you want the stone for stock or require it for a memo to get your customer approval.

•  In order to get the NoMemo price, you must notify us your decision immediately upon receipt of the stone.

•  There will be 30 days credit term extended for the NoMemo Program. We will, however, require a post-dated check which will be sent immediately (We had bad experiences in the past with customers who abused the 30 days credit terms).

•  Applicable shipping charges apply whether the stone is purchased or returned (overnight: $25, 2 nd Day: No Charge).

•  No Saturday delivery available for the NoMemo Program.

•  Any deviation of the above will result in the price reverting to the full memo price, without exception.
